Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Because hitches are shipped directly from the manufacturer, returns incur a 20% restocking fee (their policy) and the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Andersen.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by Andersen and The Handy camper is reimbursed for the hitch, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus the 20% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
